THE LOCATION

Located in Ubud, the cultural and spiritual Mecca of Bali, our retreat takes place at our tranquil Soul School Estate. Set in 1.5 acres of jungle the estate is adorned with sacred temples, a shala for meditation, a pool to relax by and two villas that you will call home.
THE FOOD

Every day starts with a legendary breakfast and ends with a family dinner by our handpicked private chef Ibu (that’s Indonesian for “Mama”) Nurdi. Vegans, Vegetarians and Gluten -free-ers are welcome as Ibu Nurdi will happily accommodate special diets. Should you wish to explore, the Ubud culinary scene is to die for and just a short walk.

We’re getting real. We have a lot we want to share with and show you, but we know that at the end of the day you are your own greatest teacher. That’s why we’re giving all we can, then setting you free every day to try on the teachings as you explore Bali in wonder, awe and ease.
The schedule:
Full days on the retreat will run roughly like so…
7-9 am: meditation + yoga
9 am: Big Breakfast
10 am: Choose Your Own Adventure
5-6:15 pm: Restorative/yin yoga
7 pm: Dinner

Daily group adventures are totally optional and available a la carte. Meaning this retreat can have as much structure or downtime or adventure time as you like. Of course, you’ll have the chance to see all the big sites, but we want to show you the insider’s scoop to life here on the island. Choose whatever your soul desires.

Since GTM’s inception, she has been around the globe teaching yoga + meditation in group classes, trainings and online. She shares her practice of deconstructing perceived social and self-limitations while lovingly developing areas of growth. She believes laughter is the best careworn and strives to make the world a better place by empowering students to uncover and celebrate their own unique gifts.
